I’m Jiri, a Senior UX/UI Designer with 8 years of experience, focused on creating digital experiences that empower people to solve their everyday problems while also fulfilling business goals. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced user research, quick iterations, and a bit of coding to make products that feel intuitive and welcoming.

I began as a web design intern at eBrana, where I learned user-centered CRM fundamentals. From there, I designed iOS and Android navigation features at Spaceti, then moved on to Invia where I revamped an online checkout for multiple European markets. At O2, I built and tested user experiences for both a self-service mobile app and an internal B2B system, also mentoring two junior designers.

In 2021, I relocated to Switzerland to join Monito. My focus initially was on the website’s content, and after consistently delivering strong results over a few years, I was promoted to Senior UX/UI Designer. Recently, I’ve been guiding the design of Monito’s iOS and Android app, from early brainstorming to coding quick prototypes for A/B tests. Whether I’m crafting custom illustrations, refining features based on user feedback, or developing final UI that stands on par with products used by millions, my goal remains the same: to help people in their daily lives while driving meaningful outcomes for the business.
